How far in advance should I place an order?
We recommend booking 3–7 days ahead for standard arrangements. For weddings or large events, please allow at least 2–3 weeks.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
Yes, weekend and most major holiday deliveries are available within the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Select your date at checkout.
What is your substitution policy for flowers?
We substitute with flowers of equal beauty and value when seasonal varieties are unavailable. We never compromise on quality.
Can I request a custom color palette?
Absolutely. Use the contact form or write your preferences in the order notes. Our florists will confirm details with you.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled 48 hours or more before delivery receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable but credit toward a future order may be offered.
Do you offer flower subscription boxes?
We have monthly and bi-weekly subscription options. Visit the Catalog page and select a recurring delivery plan.
How do I preserve my arrangement longer?
Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight and heat. Change vase water every two days and trim stems at a 45-degree angle.
